Happenings at the Dove

Valentine's Day
Please call and reserve your table now. We will be open for brunch from 10-2 AND dinner from 5-9:30 on
Valentine's Day. For dinner we will offer a four course prix fixe tasting menu for $45.00/person (plus tax
and tip). Brunch will consist of all your usual favorites and some surprises and live music from The
Cool Club of Hector.
Industry Night
Every Tuesday has been declared Industry Night. If you spend your days and nights around food, drink,
and wine come in for dinner or drinks and receive 10% off your total bill. Just introduce yourself to our
staff and they will tack on the savings.
Bargain Wednesdays
$2 Pabst & (one shot) well drinks every Wednesday from 9PM-close. We all need savings these days!

Please note that The Red Dove Tavern's winter hours begin December 8th:
Tuesday & Wednesdays: 4PM-1AM
Thursdays & Fridays: 11AM-1AM
SATURDAYS: 11AM-2AM (we offer brunch during the day too (until 3pm)!)
SUNDAYS: 10AM-2PM (Brunch ONLY!)

STOMPING GROUNDS VINTAGE PRINTS
Picture Your Favorite Place
Vintage postcards offer beautiful snapshots of cities and towns from days gone by. James and Bethany
Haswell have been collecting antique postcards of the Finger Lakes Region both for the nostalgia they
invoke and the history they document. Out of this hobby has emerged Stomping Grounds Vintage Prints,
a company that makes reproductions of vintage postcards available as wall art. Stomping Grounds
images come in a variety of sizes, both on canvas and archival quality art paper. The Stomping Grounds
archive is growing to include pictures from all over the country, from big cities to rural landscapes. A
display of classic pictures specific to Geneva and surrounding towns will debut at the Red Dove Tavern
on Thursday, August 13th. Stop in to see our region in a whole new light!

CALLING ALL ARTISTS!
We are always on the look out for artists to exhibit their work. Please come in or call us if you're
interested!
ATTENTION ALL HOP HEADS
Beginning at the end of January, The Red Dove is participating in a special project that Sly Fox Brewery
has up their sleeve! HOP PROJECT 2009 is a tradition Sly Fox began in 04 where they produce limited
draught of varietal IPA's. This year, they are continuing this tradition but with Pale Ales. The Red Dove
will receive a keg a month of special beer using a different hop variety. We are very excited about this
and are just about through the first keg. For more information about this project check out their web
